At the aptly named Salamandre, the cuisine could be described as gastronomic, so refined and delicious is it. It has to be said that a crack team is at work in the kitchen, working wholeheartedly with fresh, seasonal, quality ingredients. And the alchemy works, delighting the palates of guests who come to to rub shoulders with the home of kings. In a convivial setting, you'll enjoy succulent dishes accompanied by carefully selected wines (partridge; pork tenderloin; saddle of rabbit...). And you'll be blown away by the desserts.

Très bon restaurant. En plein cœur de la ville. Le nom curieux nous a conduit à une recherche historique de la fascination de Fontainebleau pour la salamandre ! Nous avons eu droit à un délicieux 2 plats qui nous a laissés très rassasiés et les 2 amuse Bouche supplémentaires étaient juste la cerise sur le gâteau. Le personnel était amical et attentif sans être pressant. Il y avait un mélange de familles avec des enfants et de jeunes adultes en soirée. La nourriture était présentée dans un style que j'associe aux restaurants étoilés Michelin, mais sans le prix élevé. Le vin était délicieux, si frais pour un vin maison, et la bière était une bière blanche locale qui était délicieuse !

Mon compagnon et moi nous avons passé un superbe moment, les plats étaient excellents, digne d'un restaurant gastronomique. Le service au top du top, elles étaient accueillantes, souriantes et très professionnelles , rien a dire, je recommande ++++++++
