This type of standardized hotel is not necessarily typical of the region, nor does they brought the devastation and contact with the local population that may be expected. But this is not its purpose since it is primarily aimed at a clientele of passing through one or two days in Fontainebleau, to visit in particular the castle. As a result, and despite a fairly high rate at night (especially since parking is not included in the price), it perfectly meets its office, ideally located just a few hundred meters from the heart of the city. The rooms are decent but start to age, the bathtub in the bathroom of our room showing very damaged.
To say a revealing fact, testifying that the Hotel is not very well: operation of the fridge at Breakfast time in the morning sets off the alarm quasi-systématiquement sets fire, staff then opens into the large windows of the room, without being worried if you can be cold, given the freezing temperature outside. Not a word of excuse, not a word with respect to the present, probably as insignificant quantity.
3 Night stayed in this hotel, the same surreal scene reproduces each time, wake up helpful us to have breakfast in a temperature of 5 or 6 degrees.
So this hotel could do with a zero pointed in terms of customer service.
The breakfast buffet is very characterless.
