If you like the Cassel house, in addition to the chocolate factory, you'll find a dedicated place to sample the brand's creations. The advice and welcome are attentive: it's a real pleasure to be able to enjoy them, as the production workshop is right next door, with Frédéric Cassel himself at the helm. Add to this a wide selection of Dammann Frères teas, and you're sure to fall under the spell. There's also a boutique in Carré-Sénart.
