Commerce qui est resté au XXéme siècle
Ils n'ont pas accepté, contrairement aux années précédentes, de prendre des commandes pour la saint Sylvestre prétextant qu'il y aurait tout le choix de leur catalogue. Arrivé à 7h45, ai demandé 3 bûches de celui-ci, une était indisponible. "Epuisée" la veille, aucune fabriquée, depuis ! Pas sérieux pour un établissement qui se veut exemplaire. De plus, pas de conseil pour choisir un gâteau de remplacement. Ma religion est faite : je n'y retournerai plus.
