Frédéric Kassel, a favorite of Pierre Oliver, enjoys a gold reputation. A pastry of the year in 1999, he was again awarded the same title in 2007. As a emperor of dessert, he is also president of the Relais-Desserts association. He doesn't only exercise his talents in pastry, since he has delicious sorbets and ice creams. Frédéric Kassel manages to return the best fruit and aims to achieve the dreams of his gourmets and greedy customers. His lemon-thyme sherbet, for example, is a pure wonder. It offers new creations every season, adding to the "classics" that are not really so much they come out of the ordinary because of their taste quality!
