Anne and Christophe Lefebvre are passionate about their work, and know how to pass on their enthusiasm as soon as the door opens. They'll share their knowledge with you, while you take the opportunity to ask them questions. A delicatessen section features products from Corsica, Spain and Italy, while the cheese stalls express a wonderful vision of the terroir, with numerous cheeses from all over France, not forgetting the great specialties of Seine-et-Marne, such as Bries de Meaux or Melun, or the famous Coulommiers.

Les Terroirs de France cheese dairy was founded in Fontainebleau in 1986. Since 2017, Anne and Christophe, who come from cheese-making families, offer a boutique located in a historic monument on Rue des Sablons, with a selection of quality products. They prefer to select farmhouse and mature cheeses to optimize tasting. You'll find salt-free cheeses, raclette cheeses, fondue cheeses... They are also constantly on the lookout for new creations and innovations to tempt your taste buds. For example, you can indulge in St Henri goat's cheese, made with thyme or rosemary, which they specially created for the birth of their son Henri. The couple also offer a well-cared-for charcuterie with a predominantly Italian and Iberian cut. The store also offers a wide selection of sweet and savoury cookies, pasta, jams and carefully selected bottles of wine. Reserve your place to enjoy tasting days. Bon la demande initiale à été mise un peu de coté, ( fromage italien, anglais, pyrénéen, .. ) mais la sélection de fromage assez chouette et finalement je suis content de ces choix !
Mention spéciale pour le brie truffé et le Gaperon d'Auvergne ... délicieux .
