L’AVEYRONNAIS
Mr Michaut, who welcomes us with his green deck, holds this boutique in the colours of Aveyron. Every day, we decorate a aligot, this traditional dish made with cheese, which can be carried warm, and it makes the famous fougasse, delicious brioche scented to the orange flower with candied fruits. There are also products not known elsewhere like the Aubrac gentian, Aubrac herbal pastis, the marcillac which is a aveyron wine and the Tripoux of the Rouergue. Alongside the specialities of Aveyron, there are fresh or dried sausages in the ceps, some Mediterranean products, raw dishes and cooked dishes.
