The objective was to make fast food using organic and local products and Médine Zouaoui, who installed his pretty little shop in the heart of the town of Fontenay-Trésigny in 2018, won the bet. He serves homemade burgers and pizzas cooked on wood fire. The young chef has placed short circuits and traceability at the heart of his positioning. In wanting to prove that fast food is not a synonym of junk food, he has chosen to work with producers from Île-de-France, especially organic ones.
