The objective was to make fast food using organic and local products and Médine Zouaoui, who installed his pretty little shop in the heart of the town of Fontenay-Trésigny in 2018, won the bet. He serves homemade burgers and pizzas cooked on wood fire. The young chef has placed short circuits and traceability at the heart of his positioning. In wanting to prove that fast food is not a synonym of junk food, he has chosen to work with producers from Île-de-France, especially organic ones. C'était une chouette expérience de bon produit, une pâte vraiment super bonne et un accueil formidable... Le gérant est top et n'a pas hésité à offrir un ingrédient supplémentaire et un dessert pour l'anniversaire de mon fils qu'il a vu pour la première fois ce soir... Je le recommande les yeux fermés et y retournerai encore avec ma famille ????

Merveilleux, fabuleux, des produits de qualités qui donnent du goût aux pizzas. Meilleures pizza de toute la région. On fait carrément une demie heure de route pour les apprécier !! Pizzaiolo qui sait recevoir !
