Restaurant located in the heart of Fontenay-Trésigny offering home-made burgers with organic and local products.
The objective was to make fast food using organic and local products and Médine Zouaoui, who installed his pretty little shop in the heart of the town of Fontenay-Trésigny in 2018, won the bet. He serves homemade burgers and pizzas cooked on wood fire. The young chef has placed short circuits and traceability at the heart of his positioning. In wanting to prove that fast food is not a synonym of junk food, he has chosen to work with producers from Île-de-France, especially organic ones. And it is a success in terms of taste and popularity.

C'était tout simplement une des meilleures pizza de ma vie, le concept étant de n'utiliser que des produits de qualité de la région, ou d'Italie. Il prevoit des ingrédients frais que pour 48 pizzas tous les soirs, dans le but de pouvoir offrir une qualité audessus du lot. Du coup la pizza a un goût incroyable, elle était cuite à la perfection au feu de bois...
De plus le patron est super sympa, bref top, 10/10 !
