Robert de Frémont, lord of Gressy in the 17th century, first settled in the castle with his six children. But some time later he built a large house called "Clairefontaine", as well as the "Château farm". In 1992, when the owner decided to stop the exploitation, it was transformed into a hotel with the agreement of the municipality. Spacious rooms, a gourmet restaurant and a wellness area will allow you to enjoy a peaceful stay in a green setting. The establishment also has 10 meeting and seminar rooms. The Manoir **** de Gressy operates with respect to sustainable development (three charging ports for electric cars are available). But the setting is also sporty: labeled Accueil Vélo, the establishment is only a few steps away from the banks of the Ourcq canal, ideal for sportsmen or for more quiet walks with your partner or family.

Les plats étaient d'une très grande qualité et le service également.
Le cadre est splendide et l'accès en voiture très simple car un parking est disponible.
En revanche, le service manquait de professionnalisme malgré les efforts fournis par l'équipe présente ....
