EARL DE SAINT BLANDIN
This is a family case that has run round since 1951. In the heart of Brie, between Coulommiers and Ferté-Gaucher, take advantage of a walk to make a @ stop at Jean-Paul and Nicole Fahy who took over the torch of the Father in 1972. With over 40 years of experience, Jean Paul Fahy produces his apple juice, raw or sweet cider, vinegar from briards orchards, planted with local organic varieties: Cluster Barré, Barré, Barré de ', Faro, Michelotte, Gendreville, Marie-Madeleine… as well as De, origin variety of the Country of Othe in the Yonne which brings natural acidity. The ciders are natural, not pasteurized, and do not contain sulfite. The fruit in pure condition. You will find in this exploitation and its orchards the flavours of authentic times. But not only. Other flavors as fresh as surprising and especially unheard of will surprise your taste buds, like this cider to pink or purple! A house to discover, eleven times crowned gold medals awarded during various competitions, including the Prize of the Foire fair in 2009 awarded by Périco Legasse, renowned journalist of gastronomic criticism.
