In the kitchen, chef Cristina Derache is no novice, having already managed 3 Parisian establishments. Here, she creates a bistronomic menu, blending finesse and tradition with seasonal offerings. The copious plates are a feast for the eyes and the taste buds! The wine list is not to be outdone.
