CHEMIN DE RANDONNÉE "D'UN PONT À L'AUTRE"
This recreational and educational hike is part of the Randonner au cœur de la Brie network
This recreational and educative hike is a pleasant activity for the whole family. It forms part of the Randonner au cœur de la Brie network and starts at La Houssaye-en-Brie and passes through the villages of Marles-en-Brie and Crèvecœur-en-Brie. It is a 13 km loop itinerary that you can complete in about 3 hours and 15 minutes, following the yellow, red and white markings. You will find eight information panels at La Houssaye on the village's must-see sites, including the church, the castle, the common courtyards, the Prieuré Saint-Martin, the Stelle Jodelle and the cemetery, which you will see on your way back. You follow the GR1 to reach Marles-en-Brie. Furthermore, you have four information panels to discover here: those of the town hall, the town hall square, the church and the wash house, before reaching the village of Crèvecœur-en-Brie. You arrive at the game station on the inhabitants of the forest: your children learn to recognize their footprints. After the identity cards on the trees, look for the sign "La Route Tournante". After passing the church and the village centre, you are about to head towards La Houssaye-en-Brie, where you will learn about the history of the cemetery before returning to your starting point. And if you need a break, the recently renovated Café de La Fleur de Lys is here for lunch or coffee. You have discovered its history during your walk and will certainly be curious to taste the cuisine of the current owner.
