To offer you the very best, chef Franck Girolt uses only the freshest produce. With 37 years' experience behind him, he offers a varied, high-quality menu, featuring the great classics of French gastronomy, revisited with passion and savoir-faire. What's more, the chef changes the menu every week, offering a new proposal every day. For example, you can enjoy octopus carpaccio with seaweed, followed by "Mélange du Trappeur" marinated rump steak or crispy calf's head. The residence also boasts an Italian restaurant offering a unique culinary experience. It features authentic cuisine prepared by a 100% Italian team. Try our homemade lasagne or potato gnocchi with pesto rosso calabrese sauce. The Italian restaurant also offers a fine selection of succulent pizzas.
