Your records did not match what was on my reservation confirmation, so I had an issue when checking in. I also wonder why, as an airport hotel, you only provide free pick-up but charge to drop off at the airport. It would also help to be dropped off at the different terminals rather than a stop that requires taking a train.

Comfortable room. Very unhappy with lack of airport transport/shuttles. Breakfast was too expensive. We loved the pool!
