Nous sommes venus quelques fois dans cet hôtel. Cette fois ci, attribution d'une chambre non conforme à la réservation. Après réclamation à la réception, changement de chambre. Le prix des chambres est 100 € plus chers que d'habitude, pourquoi n'y a t il pas de prix fixes pour les clients habitués ? C'est la 4e visites dans cet hôtel.

Shuttle was advertised as free both on Expedia and your own brochure but the hotel made us pay for it. Crib (toddler bed) was only delivered at 22h30 after being told twice you did not have any even though Expedia said you did

Bonne ambiance, accueil sympa. Chambre: tache de saleté sur les lampes, merci pour les bouteilles d'eau dommage elle ne sont pas fraîche, manque un frigo. petit déjeuner: prix élevé pour pour le peu de choix.
