Très mauvaise expérience. Beaucoup trop attente. Premiere chambre attribuée non nettoyée. beaucoup d'attente à nouveau pour obtenir une deuxième chambre faite. Le room service débordé. bref grosse désorganisation dans l'hôtel. Il faut réagir vite.

The service and rudeness of staff was unbelievable. Very unhelpful, treated me with disrespect, I gave up on having dinner as nobody seemed to help or care and even replied to me badly. Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel, or any hotel.
