Overall, we like Oceania and everytime we go Paris, we stay here. We love the swimming pool and we like the bar... but it's pity that the shuttle was full. We had to call taxi. Also the reception staff didn't know how to modify the invoice address. But except this, I love Oceania Hotel. Thank you for the nice facility.

À ma plus grande surprise, pour avoir des peignoir et des chaussons il fallait rajouter un complément … les chambres sont super, très propre, le petit déjeuner sympa, dommage qu’il a fallu attendre pour le réassort de certains produits

People came into our room twice in 24h, knocked once and just came instide the room second time i was naked its unacceptable + someone who knocked the door at 8am maybe to check if we left earlier idk but it just ruined everything . One pillow per person too, come on we're not mummies...

Hôtel surclassé d’une étoile à mon sens. Piscine mal tempérée (très froide) malgré nos relances auprès de la direction. Manque de personnel et de surveillance au niveau de l’entretien de la piscine car du vomi flottait sur le bord de l’eau et aucun nettoyage a été fait. Petit déjeuné très restreint pour un 4*. Fauteuil et mobilier en mauvais état. Nous avions sélectionné cet hôtel pour passer un bon moment familial avec nos 2 enfants et nous sommes reparti très déçus.

The first night stay was awful I didn't know how to use the lift so I went to level 1 and had to carry my stuff the rest of the way. Also I was told I would get twin beds however that night I was only given a double bed. I called room service and no one picked up so I called reception and was told they are short of staff so I didn't get anything to eat which made me ill as I was so hungry. I had no mini bar in my room no slippers or a robe. the taxi company you worked with is very expensive and is 50 more euros than Uber. Also the transfer were late to pick up and I paid however had to get a taxi.
