La réceptionniste était très froide et vraiment pas souriante. Dès qu'on prenait une douche celle ci débordé. Des traces de saletés sur les murs. Vraiment lamentable pour un hotel 4 étoiles.

Seul le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus qualitatif et surtout, une seule machine pour les boissons chaudes c'est plus que limite !!! ( la deuxième est souvent fermée... ou en panne permanente ? )

Reason: I left my chemise blanc in my hotelroom 215 (check out date 20-09). I am 100% sure that I left it on the clothe hangar in my room.
After 8 phone calls they told me that housekeeping did not found it.
Very strange! or it was thrown away OR stolen. I hade 2 chemise on the cloth hanger. One I put on. The other I was forgotten to put in my bag.

The front-desk reception was very good! But I have to give 'reception' a low rating because getting to the hotel on the shuttle was nearly impossible! I had thought that Oceania had an exclusive shuttle that could get us to the hotel easily -- and that's why I booked at Oceania. But, unfortunately, the shuttle had only 7 seats, and was shared with the Nomad hotel, and was only running every 30 minutes at prime check-in time in the afternoon. The result? Waiting an hour in the hot sun at CDG, competing with all the other passengers around me (no queue, no organization, just mess), vying to get a valuable seat... all knowing that the hotel was very close by! I had with me my 80-year-old father and my 7-year-old daughter; we were hot, tired, thirsty, standing in the sun, and we had to figure out how we'd secure a seat among all the other travelers vying for the next shuttle so we wouldn't have to wait another 30 minutes, or even another hour in the sun! I'd had no idea that arriving would be so difficult. (The shuttle serving cheap hotels was running constantly, with many open seats.) As much as I enjoyed the Oceania hotel itself, it's too hard to get to. For that reason, I would be reluctant to book again. Which is unfortunate, because we really did like the hotel! Staff were nice, the drivers were nice, the rooms were good, the breakfast was great... everything else was wonderful!

This hotel was disappointing in so far as whilst initially everything looked fine, the staff, particularly at breakfast were extremely poor. Both coffee machines were out of milk when I attended breakfast at 07.15 on the second morning. The scrambled egg was cold due to their inability to turn the dish containing it on. Toast was burnt due to toasters not being monitored. For €18 the value was poor - hence the mark of 1!

Space is rare in Paris, these rooms are larger than downtown with a perfectly running air-con and absolutely noise cancelling windows. The restarant on the grounds premises is high-class and I only can recommend it, all at reasonable pricing. And for god's sake, they offer a free airport shuttle where you also can take the RER downtown Paris with only 15min longer travel time, the shuttle itself started every 15min, truly a good service.

A mon arrivée, faute de vouloir donner mes coordonnées bancaires (malgré paiement déjà effectué), il m'est demandé une caution de 300€....
Les cartes bancaires ne sont pas des libres services !

Déçu, arrivé à 18h30 à l hôtel nous pensions faire manger bébé et aller profiter de la piscine puisque c était notifier que celle ci était ouverte jusqu'à 23h en semaine et nous étions jeudi or une fois sur place on nous dit que c est férié donc c est 21h ( dans se cas la sa aurai été bien de le stipuler sur le site) donc nous avons fait 1h de piscine, super !!! Salle de bain au top mais alors l état des chambres (nous avions une suite), pour un 4 étoiles inadmissible, les murs pleins de traces, pas propre. Le lit parapluie ne donne pas confiance et à un trou tellement gros sur le côté que bébé pourrai passer sa tête à travers. Nous avons fait des hôtels moins étoilés et beaucoup mieux.
