I liked that we were close to a village and I could go for a walk. I really appreciated the airport shuttle service. We had a firealarm at midnight, and I wish there was a staff person there who could have told us what was happening. I was really worried and couldn’t go back to sleep.

It is the worst hotel we stayed. Unfortunately, never expected so rude as well as non- cooperative behavior from employees at the front desk and in the restaurant . The person who gave shuttle ticket on Saturday morning is the worst. Will never come here again. Thank you!

Je met un avis de 4 pour l'accueil mais cette note nécessite des détails. L'accueil était vraiment bon pour la remise de la clé. Mais lamentable concernant les navettes. Nous avons prévenu venir avec un chien, et il a fallu confirmation du patron au conducteur qui ne voulait pas nous prendre. Pour le lendemain, j'ai de nouveau averti que nous avions le chien et de nombreux bagages (poussette, caisse de transport du chien etc), on m'a dit pas de problème, allez-y un peu tôt. Le lendemain matin, nous voilà les premier à la navette, et le chauffeur passe devant nous pour se garer 20m plus loin. Il ne semblait pas concerné que je soit seul pour porter tous les bagages, n'a pas voulu m'aider, et à fait preuve d'une amabilité déplorable. Tout le monde s'est rué sur la navette, j'ai dû me débrouiller pour réussir à tout ranger dans le coffre, et il ne restait plus de places à l'intérieur pour nous. Etant les seuls à être en famille, avec un bébé, j'aurais pensé être prioritaire. Et bien non. Cette mauvaise expérience m'amènera à ne pas choisir votre hotel lors de notre prochain voyage.

The afternoon welcome staff member on Monday was rude and inattentive. The WiFi only worked for about 50% of group
The cleaning staff were very good. It took 5 notifications to get a shower clog corrected.-it was finally accomplished by the manager of the Campanile next door!! Location has few opportunities for meal arrangements Recommended improvement- Rooms need a kettle as minimum for preparing tea or coffee

Front desk person spoke poor English and was unable to tell us what happened to our reservation (a stolen credit card in Lyon caused it to be canceled and thus the reservation was not charged). He did give us a room, thankfully. We went next door to the Campanile hotel to get the information about the shuttle.

The shower wasn’t working properly. The WiFi was on and off frequently. The worst thing, was the screams by the cleaning ladies since very early in the morning in the corridor, and the violent knocking on the door at 8 am to ask if they can clean the room...

WiFi kept disconnecting randomly. I have the latest iPhone XS and I have never had this problem anywhere else.

The tap in the bathroom just throws pushes water out too quickly and it goes all over your clothes and the floor.
