It's the table at the Théâtre de Sénart: the Totem. It's a place bathed in light, with a simple credo: good produce, conviviality and dishes made entirely on the premises. Resident chef Vincent Marcy offers traditional dishes revisited by his own talent, using seasonal produce and, wherever possible, locally-grown produce. For the moment, the place is open for lunch, as well as in the evenings during theatrical performances, but stay tuned: the opening slots for dinner could soon be extended!
