THE ROYAL ALLY
Go there and contact
A 6-kilometre driveway linking the forests of Sénart and Rougeau, where you can enjoy the great outdoors.
In 1751, financier Bouret decided to create an allée to link the Sénart and Rougeau forests, royal hunting grounds. In 2004, the Agence des espaces verts d'Ile-de-France recreated this alley and named it Allée Royale. Pedestrians, cyclists and horse riders all enjoy a courteous coexistence. The 6 km-long Allée, lined with 502 redwoods, is planted with fruit trees. You can get there by following the Carré Sénart canals, or by taking the D346 into the Rougeau forest on Nandy at the Faisans crossroads, or directly from the Villeray golf course parking lot.
