Pond fed by the Visandre and the Yerres, a site appreciated by all for a walk in Lumigny-Nesles-Ormelaux

This pond, fed by the Visandre and Yerres rivers, is set in a 10-hectare landscaped area covering 7 ha. A wetland and remarkable natural area, it is linked to the Etang des Carreaux in the neighboring commune of Rozay-en-Brie. A pathway, punctuated by information panels on local biodiversity, leads along the banks around the pond. It's a popular spot for strolling, picnicking or exercising on the fitness trail. Etang de Nesles is also very popular with anglers.
