If you are looking for a good restaurant much more quiet than those of the surrounding tourist sites, this Lounge Counter is for you. In the heart of Magny-le-Hongre and just opposite the market hall, it offers a very warm welcome, a modern decoration in grey, brown and red shades, comfortable armchairs, and a pleasant atmosphere greatly lulled by the regular customers, French and foreign families. In the plates it is also a good surprise, with dishes that are often good, offering a wide choice likely to suit everyone, from the demanding customer to the children who will gladly look forward to pizzas or the complete children's menu. We particularly appreciated the crispy salmon with its quinoa, and the pear and chocolate tiramisu, pleasant to the palate. On the menu, it is difficult to choose between ravioles with white truffles, tempura de gambas, penne with foie gras, pork mignon au gratin with brie de Meaux, chicken brochette with Asian flavours and other snack bar fillets. You will have understood it: between a quiet town, a welcoming restaurant and well-made dishes, this place is a great success and often requires you to book your table, especially on Fridays and Saturdays evenings
