Since 2017, La Toile du Chef hasn't stopped delighting its guests. Chef Jérémy Merliot, a master restaurateur, favors local and 100% home-grown produce. There's little choice on the menu, but plenty of refinement in a bistronomic spirit combining regional flavors (brie, Meaux mustard...) and those from further afield: foie gras terrine with chocolate and pepper; dolphinfish tartare; vacuum-packed skrei cod with kale, roasted almond concassé, cockle cream siphons with dill and kumquat..
