Since its first edition in 1995, the potters market immediately attracted the public. A great gathering of contemporary sculptors on the Quai de l'île Saint-Etienne, below the Astrolabe library, this event takes place on the weekend of mid-September in the framework of "Ceramics on Seine". The market for potters: a demonstration for a ceramic trip in the heart of Melun, both by this market and by exhibitions throughout September. From the utilitarian or decorative object to monumental sculpture, this market endeavours to diversify artistic and craft proposals with as requirements: quality and eclecticism.
