Laurent Coupé was predestined to be a butcher, with a name that doesn't lack cutting edge for a profession that demands it. This artisan butcher has been based in Melun since 2004. He took over from Mr. Neveu. Mr. Neveu, who had left to raise cows in the Perche region, supplies him with Charolais meat, which Laurent Coupé has selected for his customers. The meat is slaughtered in Vendôme. But red meat isn't the only delicacy at Maison Coupé, with a wide range of in-house products such as black pudding.
