This is the gastronomic restaurant of the area and of a charming hotel. You can eat in the dining room, under a glass roof or on the terrace, just a stone's throw from a cornfield, in a bucolic and refined atmosphere. The chef's dishes honour local produce without forgetting the vegetables. On the menu are pan-fried razor clams from the beaches of Normandy, pike-perch with Irancy sauce, spinach and seared foie gras. A rhum baba or a lemon/basil macaroon conclude these meals very well.
