The chef prepares seasonal and gourmet menus: roast duck breast, Morello cherry cream, Touquet rattes; braised lamb shank... For dessert: calvados apple sorbet, French toast brioche with Bourbon vanilla ice cream... The very affordable formulas are excellent.
