Noisiel belongs to the National Network of Cities and Countries of Art and History. The visits are under the control of the Directorate of Architecture and Heritage of the Ministry of Culture. Five tours are available by appointment: "La cité ouvrière", "De la cité ouvrière à la chocolaterie Meunier", "De la cité ouvrière à la ferme du Buisson", "Noisiel, ville nouvelle", "L'ancienne chocolaterie Meunier". For groups, a bus tour is possible to discover the historical sites of the city of Noisiel and its local environment. From January 2020, the visit to the chocolate factory will no longer leave the town hall until the end of August 2020.
