Yves de Fromentel created this processing workshop, located on the farm of the Domaine de Beaulieu. It includes a dairy, a yoghurt factory and sells milk, cream, etc. which are intimately linked to the farm. The objective is to support and promote its breeding farm which produces organic milk. Indeed, the appropriate appreciation of the production through on-site processing and direct sales is essential for the sustainability of the farm.
