The Moulin de Willer, an old-world charm on the banks of the Saar in Harskirchen.
The Moulin de Willer is one of the few water mills still in operation. Built in 1713 on the left bank of the Saar, it was powered by three waterwheels in the 19th century. The interior is delightful. Every Saturday and Sunday evening, miller Roger Roesel serves tarts flambées and pizzas made with flour dough produced on site, of course! Of course, you can also buy flour to make your own preparations at home.
