The original is gone, but the K is there. On the menu, a cuisine that evolves according to the seasons, new arrivals and the inspiration of the chef, who selects his fresh raw materials from Seine-et-Marne producers. The tasting experience is divided into two themes: bistronomic and gastronomic, one more affordable, the other upmarket. In both cases, the dishes are very well prepared: roast sea bass, Limousin foie gras, Milly-La-Forêt poultry, Rossini-style beef "K Burger", 70% Espelette pepper chocolate soufflé... Le seul hic c'est le prix, mais quand on va dans ce type de restaurant il faut s'y attendre, mais c'est sans aucun regret !!
Les portions sont équilibrées, le service impeccable, les mets délicieux et bien accordés avec le vin.
