The original is gone, but the K is there. On the menu, a cuisine that evolves according to the seasons, new arrivals and the inspiration of the chef, who selects his fresh raw materials from Seine-et-Marne producers. The tasting experience is divided into two themes: bistronomic and gastronomic, one more affordable, the other upmarket. In both cases, the dishes are very well prepared: roast sea bass, Limousin foie gras, Milly-La-Forêt poultry, Rossini-style beef "K Burger", 70% Espelette pepper chocolate soufflé...
