Creperie with terrace located on the most beautiful place of Provins proposing original pancakes.

Located on Provins' prettiest square, "La fleur de sel" is the perfect crêperie for anyone visiting the town for a bite to eat. The food is good, fast and hearty. Sit on the terrace and admire the half-timbered houses while the cutlery bag and menu are brought to you. As well as the traditional galettes and crêpes, the chef offers a range of other dishes. A good address if you don't want to spend a fortune and still enjoy yourself.

La galette au brie de Provins était excellente.

Cependant avec une seule personne en salle pour gérer toutes les tables, la qualité du service en a pris un coup. Dommage!

Excellent emplacement dans la ville haute de Provins. Personnel souriant et sympathique. Les crêpes sont correctes sans être exceptionnelles. On déplorera le peu de choix et le faire que les steaks et les frites sont surgelés si on se laisse tenter par ce menu. Attention aussi au délai d'attente.
