A restaurant with a Parisian bistro feel, serving grilled meats and a variety of dishes, a good address for meat lovers.
This Parisian bistro-style establishment, which has been in Provins for some thirty years, is a fixture in this ancient town. No fuss, either in the decor or on the menu. The watchwords here are simplicity, efficiency and taste. No disappointments on the plates, with grilled meats cooked just right. The choice is classic, but appeals to regulars and meat lovers alike: bavette d'Aloyau, entrecôte, medallion of duck, steak tartare, etc., all generously accompanied by mashed potatoes, salad... A very good address!
