LE BANQUET DES TROUBADOURS
This medieval banquet has become an almost institution in Provins, as the evening offered by the Banquet des Troubadours, located at the foot of the upper town and formerly called the Taverne des Oubliées, is successful and very good value for money! Dive into the Middle Ages with strength and food (feasting, should we say!), costumes, acrobats, musicians, storytellers, and other various shows. On the menu: porée of vegetables, pastez provinois, rôt de chaîr, tranchoir du roy... and all-you-can-eat drinks including the inevitable hypocras and red wine. A victim of its own success, this banquet must be booked well in advance from its website.
