Located a stone's throw from the Collegiate Church of Saint-Quiriace, Carla Renault's boutique has everything to do with beekeeping and the Provins rose, which she cultivates and transforms into delicious products. Together with her husband, a beekeeper, she uses medieval recipes to produce fruit, vegetables and flowers cooked or preserved with spices in honey; homemade jams; honey (Provins rose, bramble, acacia, lime, all-flower, rapeseed, forest...), as well as mead, gingerbread, sweets, mustards, beauty products... A delight!

Mardi 18 avril un grand merci à la personne qui tenait la boutique la Ronde des Abeilles qui nous a fait passer un délicieux moment dans ce joli magasin autour des abeilles et de la rose . Précieux aujourd'hui
