LA MARE AU DIABLE
A cozy and rustic restaurant, perfect for those who seek the standing of a high gastronomic place.
This address, run since 1969 by Marisa and Carlo Del Pozzo, isn't exactly easy to find. You have to go into the Plessis-Picard park and drive gently to the end of the main driveway, between tennis courts, stables and chalets. At the end, the reward: a 15th-century Briard manor house designed by a certain Amantine Aurore Lucile Dupin, the future George Sand. The welcoming, rustic interiors are perfect for those seeking the standing of a top gastronomic establishment. This quality is reflected in the dishes. So take your time, enjoy...
