Bistronomic restaurant with very pleasant service in Mérignac.
For a drink, lunch or dinner, you can choose the terrace, or the modern setting and warm atmosphere of the dining room. The bistronomic cuisine of Hervé Castex and his team is made with fresh, local and seasonal products. The menu is short but the daily suggestions are a perfect complement. The traditional recipes are revisited with brio, the plates are carefully worked for the pleasure of the eyes and the taste buds. The wine list of here and elsewhere counts very great vintages and a good choice of champagnes and spirits.
