Bistronomic restaurant with very pleasant service in Mérignac.

For a drink, lunch or dinner, you can choose the terrace, or the modern setting and warm atmosphere of the dining room. The bistronomic cuisine of Hervé Castex and his team is made with fresh, local and seasonal products. The menu is short but the daily suggestions are a perfect complement. The traditional recipes are revisited with brio, the plates are carefully worked for the pleasure of the eyes and the taste buds. The wine list of here and elsewhere counts very great vintages and a good choice of champagnes and spirits.

It is a small place but has excellent food. The food is really good. The dessert could have been better. The service is great with a very friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable server! I would come here again. It is good for couples or large groups but not kids friendly.

Repas entre cousines et copines après une séance de yoga danse : tout a été parfait ! De l'entrée au dessert, rien à redire. Cuisine délicieuse et maison. Une note spéciale pour le fondant chocolat qui est juste divin. Le meilleur que j'ai jamais mangé. Les serveuses sont très agréables. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !
