Bruno Delgrange has been specialising in top-of-the-range sports upholstery for more than 40 years. The one that equips the greatest riders has seen know-how recognized by the label Entreprise du patrimoine vivant.
History. Bruno Delgrange, trained at the famous Hermès leather goods store, created his own saddlery in Paris in 1976. As passionate as he is perfectionist, he quickly made a name for himself among riders for whom he creates top-of-the-range custom saddles.
In 1983, he moved to Saint Hilliers in Seine-et-Marne, a town that has since become the brand's headquarters.
Bruno Delgrange supplies the world's greatest riders such as Penelope Leprevost and Eric Lamaze, but also breeders and teachers. Its success has also quickly opened up the international market - Canada, United States, Japan.
In 2010, Bruno Delgrange decided to step down in favour of Mathieu Dessalien, general manager of the Saint Hilliers company, and sold part of his shares to Marco Petrelli, an Italian rider who became the brand's president. Bruno Delgrange remains of course very present for his company and still has the responsibility of a large part of it.
In 2017, moves a few kilometers from Saint Hilliers to Provins.
The products. Tailor-made saddles for show jumping, dressage, eventing, accessories for saddles and resale of second-hand saddles.
Employment. About 20 employees produce about 1,500 saddles each year.
