Ferme Sainte Colombe is an organic family farm located in Saint-Mars-Vieux-Maisons, in the heart of the Brie dairy region. Their 40 Montbeliarde cows graze on 40 hectares of pasture, and their milk is transformed on the farm into delicious Brie, coulommiers, tomes and fresh cheeses. You can watch the milking and buy organic cheeses on site or through La Ruche qui dit oui! Even Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris buy from this open farm, lovingly run by Nicolas and Camille, where animal welfare is a priority.
