Sylvie Paquet makes her own cheeses: mauperthuis, tomme de Sancy, and she sells brie de Meaux, Melun and coulommiers. There is also cider briard, local fruits, fruit yoghurts, fruit juices, Brie beer... Poultry are also on display, chickens, guinea fowls, ducks, rabbits and boxes of beef and lamb.
