Not necessarily easy to find in the new districts of Serris, this restaurant is rather pretty with its renovated briarde facade. Inside, the decoration mixes the charm of the old (huge beams under the roof vault) with modern furniture (tables, chairs and large metal tubes with complex industrial ceilings). In the beautifully presented dishes, you will be delighted to find classic and well-balanced dishes from French gastronomy (soft egg cress soup, crayfish ravioli, cod steak, rump steak heart, vanilla roasted pineapple, etc.). However, not everything is perfect in this restaurant.... We found the service a little too fast (but it's probably a quality at lunchtime), and the giant screen deployed above the heads may disturb those who come to eat quietly. It should also be noted that it is not uncommon for the venue to organize concerts, openings and other festive events.
