L'INTERPRÈTE - CAFÉ LOUNGE ET BRASSERIE
Located in one of the most recent - and pretty - areas of Serris, L'Interprète is a brasserie that you would think was imported straight from the capital, with its typical Parisian decor, its general hubbub in the evening when the rooms, terraces and bars are crowded, its servers much more focused on their performance than on their friendliness, its Franco-Cosmopolitan clientele, and its few cigarette smells directly imported from the terraces located in smoking areas! And if we like the place it is precisely for all these small defects crying out for truth, which instantly transport us on a few Parisian sidewalks from rue de Rivoli or to the Place de la République! In the plates, we continue on the same path with very correct dishes at well adjusted prices. One dessert that we really liked was apple-pear crumble and Bourbon vanilla ice cream. For those who want to be calm, it is imperative to favour lunch, or evening meals during the week. The bravest will come on Friday or Saturday evening: the Parisian uproar is then guaranteed!
