Past the th century porch, you enter the courtyard and then in the shop of Martine and Georges Moret. They manufacture goat cheese, briard farmer cider - gold medal at the competition of Nogent-le-Rotrou in 2006 -, apple juice, blocks, rillettes and kids cooked dishes. Behind the glass bay, Martine moulds his cheeses and suggests the costs, half-fresh and dry, round or in shape of log or pyramid. Prices from 2 € - crottin it - up to € 4,20 - les. We discover the breeding of the four vint goats. On Thursday of Ascension, there is a home market. Specialty: Ile-de-France cheese, in the form of flower petal, whose special refinement makes a creamy texture inside. This cheese was developed by the Moret family, and it is the only goat cheese from Ile-de-France!
