The inhabitants of Tournan-en-Brie made no mistake in plebisciting this address, especially in the evening to come and have a drink at the bar and/or to enjoy a relaxed dinner. The pub-style decoration with exposed stones and beams immediately brings the atmosphere to life, and the dishes on offer, especially slate, surprise the customer somewhat, with dishes that are typical of the brewery, but also more unexpected, such as homemade burgers, nems (you read it right), and even an amazing fondue briarde that we rushed to test! In fact, it is halfway between fondue and raclette, served in a casserole filled with Brie cheese and served with pork, salad, chips and bread. Simple but effective! However, we would have liked it to be a little more generous. Desserts are much more classic (sorbets for example). The clientele is generally young and quite family oriented. For those who want to be quiet, it is best to avoid the tables near the bar
