One of the factories classified as historical monuments with impressive pumps and machinery in Trilbardou

It is one of the factories, classified as Historic Monuments, which were built in the second half of the 19th century to supply the canal, in periods of drought, with water pumped from the Marne. The second one is located in Villers-les-Rigault. Testimony to the state of the art in mechanical engineering at that time, it is in perfect working order and has impressive pumps and machinery. Tip: visit Trilbardou then Villers-les-Rigault - Trilbardou, for children, Villers for technicians.

Expérience très sympa et enrichissante organisée par les associations du pays de l'ourq.
2 journées exceptionnelles organisées autour du canal et de ses deux usines élévatrice qui alimentent les canaux parisiens.
Bravo à toute l'organisation de l'évènement, vous pouviez y retrouver balade en VTT et paddle tout le long du canal, concerts et tout autres animations et mise en avant de producteurs régionaux.
